Riyaz is an excellent teacher, full of passion for his art and for Kashmir. The stories whilst sharing his abundant talent, were rich and go far to explain his cooking.  3 hrs goes quick but the memories and skill set that we managed to imbibe will endure.  So much fun and delicious food!
