Wow - a 3 hour cooking lesson from Riyaz!  I thought I knew how to cook decent Indian food, well this master showed me many tricks on how to improve your curry dish and prepare the basics for most curry recipes.  A very casual relaxed teaching technique and even if you do not know how to chop an onion, or know your spices, Riyaz will put you at ease and teach you with patience.  The best is to eat the meals that you have cooked.  I recommend all curry home cooks to do this class, you will not regret it.
